KYC services are available only to all users and business owners (Collectively to be called as User Types). By accepting the terms and conditions, you acknowledge that you are one of the above user types. You shall not impersonate any other person or misrepresent your identity. In the event of any violation of any Terms and conditions, KYC reserves the right to discontinue and delete your account from the KYC platform.
KYC may send alerts to mobile number provided by You while registering with KYC platform. If your mobile is Switched Off or your number is not operational or your number is not having any network coverage at the point of time when alerts are sent then you may not receive any SMS alerts.
The clarity, readability, accuracy and promptness of providing the SMS service depend on many factors including the infrastructure and connectivity of the service provider. KYC shall not be held liable for any non-delivery, distorted delivery or delayed delivery of any alert in any manner whatsoever. KYC will make its best effort to deliver SMS to you. But you can’t hold KYC for non-delivery of any promotional scheme message or any other kind of alert in any manner whatsoever.
The SMS facility is an additional service provided to you for conducting your business smoothly that may encounter any error or failure. In the event, you encounter any problem in SMS functionality, KYC team shall be informed immediately via customer support service and KYC will make its best efforts to resolve the error as soon as possible. You shall not hold KYC liable for any loss, damages, claim, expense including legal cost that may be incurred by You on account of SMS facility.
By accessing, browsing, using, or registering KYC platform, You agree not to : Violate the terms and conditions.
Impersonate any other person or misrepresent your identity.
Access account of others without permission.
Infringe our or any third party’s intellectual property rights, rights of publicity or privacy.
Use KYC services if You are not among User Types.
Remove, disable, circumvent, damage or otherwise interfere with security related features of KYC services, except and only to the extent that is expressly permissible by applicable law.
use KYC platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair it in an automated manner.
Modify, adapt, translate or create derivative work based on KYC or any of it part, except and only to the extent that explicitly permissible by the applicable law.
Intentionally interfere with or damage operation of KYC platform by any means, including uploading of viruses, adwares, spywares, worms or other malicious code or file with contaminating or destructive features.
Use any robot, or any other automatic device, or manual process to monitor or copy without prior written permission.
Interfere, disrupt the KYC platform or networks connected to KYC services.
Take any action that imposes an unreasonably or disproportionately large load on KYC network or infrastructure.
Sell the KYC services, information or software associated with it or derived from it.
Provide false, inaccurate or misleading information.
reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of KYC platform, except and only to the extent that is permissible by the applicable law.
Breach this agreement, or any other agreement or policy as may be applicable pursuant to Terms and Conditions.
KYC reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this Agreement (each, a change and collectively, changes) at any time by posting notification on the KYC Platform or otherwise communicating the notification to You. The changes will become effective, and shall be deemed accepted by You, 24 hours after the initial posting and shall apply immediately on a going-forward basis with respect to Your use of the KYC platform. If You do not agree with any such change, Your sole and exclusive remedy is to terminate Your use of the KYC Services. For certain changes, KYC may be required under applicable law to give you advance notice, and KYC with comply with such requirements. Your continued usage of KYC platform following the posting of the changes will mean that You accept and agree to the changes.
All trademarks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights of any nature in the Application together with the underlying software code are owned either directly by Goyal Infotech or by Goyal Infotech's licensors. Goyal Infotech hereby grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free revocable license to use the Application for your business and personal use in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Additional terms and conditions may apply on you for availing some promotions, or some specific service of KYC platform. You agree to abide by such other terms and conditions. If there is any conflict between terms and conditions for the specific feature use or any promotion to be used by you, then KYC reserves the control over your usage of specific KYC feature or promotions. The Business data present at KYC server may be out of date, and KYC makes no commitment to update it on regular basis. However, when any new Business Owner will come into knowledge of KYC admin, same will be updated on KYC server.
